Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders may or may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays depending on carrier. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking information if not immediately available.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

Solar Energy Giant ships to addresses within the U.S., Solar Energy Giant does not ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.

 

Damages

 

Solar Energy Giant is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost your package, please contact us within 5 days at support@solarenergygiant.com

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
